Delhi police files 12000-page charge sheet against kanhiya kumar

The police said they have proof to continue against previous JNU Students’ Union chiefs Kanhaiya Kumar, Umar Khalid, Anirban Bhattacharya and seven understudies from Jammu and Kashmir. A charge sheet was documented today against previous understudy association Kanhaiya Kumar, Umar Khalid and eight others for supposedly holding a “hostile to national” occasion at Jawaharlal Nehru University in Delhi in February 2016.

The police said there is no immediate proof against 36 other charged, including Communist Party of India pioneer D Raja’s little girl Aprajita, yet they can be called for addressing. Three policemen were seen conveying the 1,200-page charge sheet, kept inside a trunk, to Patiala House Court before the police at long last submitted it to the court.

Citing onlookers, the police said Kanhaiya Kumar was seen raising enemy of national mottos at the occasion three years back, including they have a video that demonstrates him talking obviously.
